About This Home
A custom-built home built upon high ground overlooking beautiful Lake Nepessing. The sunset views from four different deck levels are spectacular. The house is surrounded with mature trees, squirrels, birds and fragrant flowers. The private beach area has a fire pit on patio with chairs and a hammock a few feet away.
Springtime, summer winter or fall this place is a time for all seasons. World class walleye bass pike fishing year-round. Sailing, windsurfing, pontooning, jet skiing in the summer & ice boating, snowmobile quad running & ice fishing all winter.
The main living, kitchen and dining take place on the second floor where everyone can enjoy the ever changing spectacular waterscape view from a wall of windows. It’s hard to describe the panorama that captivates your sight as you climb up the last stairs to the second level where you have an amazing view of the Lake from high above. As you sip your coffee in the morning or partake in a glass of wine / delicious beverage of your choice with a bit of luck you’ll see fish jumping and bald eagles swooping in to catch them.
There are three bedrooms -
The two guest bedrooms located in the front of the house share one full bathroom with shower and soaker size bathtub as well as separate half bathroom.
The Master bedroom is located on the lake side with French door walls opening to the second level deck. In the summer we enjoy our meals and lounging about here with a wonderful view down to the lake and beach area. The master bedroom has two toilets, glass shower, jet tub bath and walk-in closet.
Wake up in bed and look out over the treetops to a full lake view through our double French door walls.

This home has all essential business travel amenities. High speed Internet with Apple Airport Extreme router. Work in an office with printer overlooking the lake. Office supply stores with full printing services and UPS located just minutes’ drive away.
Neighborhood Overview
Our home is located in Lapeer County which is one hour and ten minutes north of Metro Airport. It’s God’s country without the long drive.
Kitchen
Single level open floor space has a modern gourmet kitchen with all the accessories. A beautiful granite island for entertaining adjacent to the living room. The house has been furnished with all new and modern pieces. The kitchen has new appliances and stocked with blenders, toaster, Mr. Coffee, Keurig coffee and more. New appliances. Emeril knives – cutlery. New towels, dishes, silverware, etc.
Living Room
Living room has large comfortable leather sectional sofa. Electronics include a 60-inch Samsung flat screen TV / sound bar, DVD player, Apple TV for streaming live news, Netflix, Amazon Prime, PBS, Sling cable TV and 70 local channels including sports.
Hot Tub in Screened in Porch
Screened in Porch on lake side first level adds 1000 extra feet of covered space … great for dining, lounging and watching TV during the evenings. Comfortable foam mattress sofas make hanging out in this area a lot fun. This also where the grill gets cooking and plenty of cold beverages drunk which are stored in a full refrigerator.
Outdoor Decks
There are full levels of large decks overlooking the lake complete with flower pots and deck furniture.
Getting Around
Plug our address in for the drive from Detroit Metro. We are 5-10 minutes’ drive out of Downtown Lapeer and everything is centrally located.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire house.
Bedrooms
The Master bed includes queen bed, 50-inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom and shower with direct egress to the second level deck. This deck is a great place to hang out. The master bed room is on the north side of house and separated from the other two guest rooms for more privacy.
The Front Guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and large closets for ample clothes storage along with spacious closet space and has direct access to the bathroom and shower.
The other front bedroom has a queen size bed with dressers and closet space.
All three bedrooms are equipped with premium queen mattresses, TVs, alarm clocks, ceiling fans and closet space to store clothes.
